Your Mind is yours. The jobminds manifesto

Every company is getting an AI that knows its people. It reads your emails. It sits in your meetings. It learns how you close a month, how you handle a difficult board, how you write when it matters. It remembers all of it.

Then you leave. The contract ends, the project ships, the interim role is filled. You walk out with a laptop bag and a LinkedIn update. The AI stays. With everything it learned from you.

We think that's backwards.

What we believe

Your experience belongs to you. Twenty years of judgement, methods, mistakes and recoveries are not company property. The company owns its data. You own what you learned handling it. The line between those two is real, and we intend to draw it precisely.

A person should have a Mind of their own. Not an assistant you rent. Not a chatbot that forgets you on Monday. A Mind: a private, permanent memory of who you are and how you work, that any model can be pointed at and no vendor can take away. It learns from every engagement. It leaves with you. It is exportable in plain text, encrypted with your key, and it outlives every app you ever use it in.

Companies should welcome it, not fear it. A Mind that walks into a client's systems must be a Mind the client can trust. So it arrives with a contract: the client sees exactly what it may touch, company data never persists in it, every action is logged where both sides can see, and when the engagement ends the connection is cut and a signed certificate proves it. No grey zone. No "trust us."

The whole person, not the job title. The finance interim who also builds things at weekends and is raising two kids is one person. A Mind holds all of it, in rooms you control. What you share with a client, a colleague, or nobody, is your decision every time.

Learning stays. Data goes. This is the hard part, and it's the part we built first. Your Mind keeps the pattern ("how a treasury migration goes wrong in week three") and discards the facts (whose treasury, which bank, what amount). You approve every entry before it's kept. Nothing is remembered that you didn't sign.

Who this is for

We're starting with the people who feel this first: interim managers, contractors, fractional executives, consultants. Finance teams first, because we are one.

You are offboarded more often than anyone. You rebuild your context from zero every six months. You have the most to lose from an AI that stays behind, and the most to gain from one that comes with you.

You are also the people companies already trust to walk in, carry knowledge, and walk out under an agreement. We're giving that agreement a machine-readable form.

What we're not

We're not building another assistant that "gets things done." Plenty of good teams are doing that, and your Mind will happily use them.

We're not building a company AI. Companies should have one; it should know their processes, not your life.

We're building the thing in between: the memory that is yours, and the contract that lets it work anywhere.

The rule we hold ourselves to

If you leave jobminds tomorrow, you take your Mind with you, in full, in a format you can read. If we can't promise that, we haven't built the right thing.

Start with your own Mind. Bring it to your next engagement. Leave with more than you came with.
